Delivery
All orders with a value over £50.00 are usually sent out via a signed for delivery service with insurance. Orders Below £50.00 are sent by Royal Mail standard service but are still insured. Delivery takes between 4 to 6 days on average. Please inspect all items on delivery as claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48hrs |

Refund Policy Any credits or refunds for payments made will be returned via the same method that they were paid to avoid fraud. Once goods are returned we will check them in and will refund or exchange within 7 days.
We will not refund for items bought in error if they have been used unless agreed before purchase and if not returned within the agreed time. We will not refund delivery charges for items returned. We will issue a refund or exchange the goods depending on circumstance. The item must be returned in a clean good condition within 14 days.
Custom Sizes
We keep a number of sizes in stock but can make an awning or panel to your specific size and requirements. Please ensure that your measurements are correct, if you are unsure about anything please ask us before ordering. By placing your order you are agreeing that the measurements on your order form are correct. In the event of an awning being supplied to the wrong size we are usually able to exchange the item but will only do so if received back within 14 days of delivery in a clean unused condition. If you have ordered a particularly unusual custom design we will only offer a credit if we believe that we can find another customer to sell the item to.
Privacy Policy We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. We only store your order details to ensure that we can offer a good after sales service. |
